This message introducing healing harmonies and practices for peace was recorded in 2023, before I knew I would be producing a podcast! This invitation remains relevant today. As this podcast begins, I invite us to be grounded, rooted. As we continue I will share songs and practices about being connected to one another and the earth, and about being truly free.
